Evaluation of the presence of Mnemiopsis leidyi (sea nut) in the lagoon of Marano and Grado and study of its impact on artisanal fishing activities
The NOCE di MARE 2 project represents the continuation of the NOCE di MARE project, created to study the presence of the invasive species Mnemiopsis leidyi (ctenophore known as "sea nut") in the waters of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This new project will focus on the Grado and Marano lagoon and will include new activities such as the study of the diet of Mnemiopsis. The project was financed by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (regional law 26/2020, art.4, paragraphs 33-34).
