Skills & Interests: 

I am a Fixed-term Researcher at CRS-OGS. My researches include the analysis of ground-displacement and change-detection from remote sensing (SAR and optical sensors) data, together with field-based activity. In the past years, I developed operational procedure for the use of ground-based and space-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) interferometry for the mitigation of volcano flank instability. Furthermore, I am developing procedure for the smart integration of ground-based and space-borne SAR data, with Very High Resolution Optical data and Digital Elevation Models derived from PLÉIADES satellites imagery. I am Chair Research Assistant of the UNESCO Chair on “Prevention and Sustainable Management of Geo-Hydrological Hazard” - University of Firenze

2019-2021: “SVILUPPO DELLA CONOSCENZA E SUPPORTO TECNICO-SCIENTIFICO PER LA VALUTAZIONE DEGLI SCENARI DI PERICOLOSITÀ IDROGEOLOGICA E VULCANICA”, nell’ambito dell’Accordo fra il Dipartimento della Protezione Civile e il Centro per la Protezione Civile dell’Università degli Studi di Firenze (ai sensi dell’art. 15 della legge 7 agosto 1990, n. 241 e dell'art. 4 del D.Lgs. 2 gennaio 2018, n. 1).
